Can we customize JobSuite?
Yes, one of the key benefits of the JobSuite® system is that we customize the application to implement your existing workflow. We can even use your forms and reports which makes it easier to build buy-in from the team.
How can we learn more about JobSuite®?

It is an extremely efficient way to evaluate either all or a part of the JobSuite System. During the demonstration you will be given an opportunity to ask questions and focus on the specific functionality you are interested in seeing in your system.
Is JobSuite web based?
It is partially web based and partially client server based. SaaS models are all the rage and it’s a very enticing concept to use software in the “Cloud”. However, there are some practical issues with web technologies that need to evolve a bit more in our opinion to be practical for this application. Many IT professionals are concerned about safety and security of data in web applications and cloud servers. Also, there are practical issues with the speed and complexity of tasks that can be performed over the web. For example you have to manually click a Save button every time you enter or change data in a web application… In JobSuite, data is automatically saved every few milli seconds…
We have recently launched the Client Home Page, which is a web based technology that provides limited features to outside users using a browser. We feel this this model provides the best of both worlds.
JobSuite will eventually move to a cloud server and users will access it with a web browser. However, in the interests of our clients, we are waiting a bit longer for some of these practical issues to be worked out.

Can the system be web enabled?
JobSuite® can be web enabled. This is not a standard feature, but can be added during the customization process.
Can JobSuite® be integrated with other applications?
The JobSuite architecture is open, which means we can integrate with other programs. This can be done through the customization process.
Once we purchase the JobSuite® System, how much lead time is required
from the purchase date to installation date?
In theory you could begin using JobSuite®, as is, out of the box. However, since most systems are customized for our clients, the amount of lead time is contingent upon the amount of customization required. Typically, it takes us 4-6 weeks to complete customization on a system.
Do you provide training?
The initial license fee entitles you to live online training and in some cases personal training. You can elect to coordinate training either one-on-one or in a group environment.
How is user access established and administered?
The JobSuite® system allows user access to be defined through individual passwords. An administrator can also control what functionality each user has almost down to the field level. You can for example allow a user to view purchase orders, but restrict their ability to edit purchase orders. This provides a tremendous amount of control over what each user has access to in JobSuite.
How is the JobSuite system priced?
We have experimented with a variety of licensing options. Feedback from our customers has shown that they like monthly pricing because it’s affordable, and minimizes large upfront capital investments. They also want everything to be included. So we now license JobSuite® for a flat monthly price, based on the number of users. The flat monthly price includes software, training, and tech support. Everything needed, except customizations and hardware, is included in the monthly license fee. You will be pleasantly surprised at how affordable JobSuite® can be. Call us for more details!
