The JobSuite® system consists of separate modules handling different functions in creative workflow. The modules are all integrated, but provide distinct functionality. JobSuite covers all the functionality needed to manage a job from scheduling to tracking costs, to client billing. Each can be customized to work the way you work. No other job tracking software provides the capability to customize workflow the way JobSuite does.

Go to “My Home Page” when you log in to see the common functions needed on an everyday basis to do your job. View a list of jobs you are assigned to, log time in the time sheets portal, or look at your weekly Hot Sheet. All located in one convenient spot.

Project Manager is a complete traffic, production, contact management and calendaring system. It is a robust, comprehensive, and flexible system for managing campaigns, jobs, tasks, schedules, quote generation, specs, estimates, vendors, Purchase Order’s, clients, costs, and budgets, along with a variety of other tasks associated with creative projects. Reports like status reports, hot sheets, calendars, and many more, are generated with a click of a button.

The Project Accounting application is a dynamic, project based, expense management tool. This system includes modules for generating and managing purchase orders, vendor invoices, receivables, and labor/timesheets. It can also be customized to integrate with your accounting software.

Media Manager is a centralized media asset management system that manages all of your media buying, media ordering, and media tracking needs for both print and broadcast advertising. This system automates the creation of insertion orders, media authorization forms, and space cancellation forms. Material closings and material due dates are included on schedules and reports. It serves as a repository for publication specs and has comprehensive reporting and calendaring functions built in.

Session Manager is a tool designed specifically to manage A/V editing sessions booked by our clients managing on-air promotions. Create the session, issue a Purchase Order, log the invoice from the vendor all from one page. All the data is integrated into the main JobSuite application and the rest of the job data.

JobSuite® administration is where you set up GL tables, vendors, staff, and other templates used to make your system function.
