Browser-like interface, Tabbed Navigation
The new JobSuite tabbed user interface organizes data the way a traffic manager would. Workflow flows logically through the interface. The buttons organize data by functional area. Additional buttons are placed on tool bars that take you to the next logical step in your workflow. Many of the buttons can be customized to implement your workflow.

The New Session Manager
Session Manager is a unique tool designed specifically for entertainment clients managing on-air promotions. Managing On-Air promotions typically means you have to reserve and book a large number of editing sessions for producers. Session Manager makes it easy to book the Sessions, issue PO's, and then record an invoice against those PO's to track costs. Sessions can be viewed in calendar format which allows you to quickly see how many sessions are booked for a producer, or studio for example... Reports can also be generated from the session data. All of the session data is tied back to the job, so you get a complete picture of all costs associated with a job.
The New Job Blog
The new JobBlog is a communication and collaboration tool. Rather than sending e-mail around discussing a job and sharing files, you can log entries in the job forum. That data is then captured with the job forever. No more hunting through year old e-mails to find out who said what about a job.

We have created a monthly price plan that is affordable for even the smallest departments. We do not charge you every time you need help. Training, tech support, and software is included in the licensing fees.
Enhanced Security & Database Maintenance
Security privileges can still be applied to groups but can now also be customized for individual users. You have more control over the maintenance of staff, clients, vendors, schedule templates, estimate templates and drop down lists. The easy to use administrative area consolidates all maintenance into one area.
